Primary Responsibilities

As a Systems Analyst, Alex is focused on supporting CONNSTEP’s data analytics and cybersecurity initiatives. He is also responsible for supporting cybersecurity assessments, guiding risk remediation activities, and providing best practice training and coaching to CONNSTEP clients. In addition to helping with the execution of CONNSTEP’s Cyber Security plan, he also handles systems and data programming for Supply Chain, CONNEX and KPI Dashboards.

Notable Performances

After graduating from college, Alex completed an assignment as a Hartford Youth Data Fellow with the Connecticut Data Collaborative where he examined issues affecting the city of Hartford. He was responsible for collecting, analyzing, and understanding eviction data trends for the city of Hartford and collaborating with local organizations to use data to improve community programs.

Achievements

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Psychology from Wheaton College (MA). He graduated with honors as a Hartford Promise Scholar and May Fellow.
