Part of the MEP National Network

We are Connecticut’s official representative of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), which is part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a U.S. Department of Commerce agency.

Focused on helping small and mid-sized manufacturers generate business results and thrive in today’s technology-driven economy, the MEP National Network comprises of 51 MEP Centers located in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, and its 1,400 trusted advisors and experts at nearly 375 MEP service locations, providing any U.S. manufacturer with access to resources they need to succeed.

We are also an affiliate of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA) collectively working to advance the growth and sustainability of the state’s business community. We also work closely with CBIA’s other affiliate, ReadyCT, advocating for more educational and training resources to encourage career opportunities for Connecticut’s workforce.
