Primary Responsibilities

Carissa provides Lean manufacturing consulting, training, facilitation, and mentoring to Connecticut manufacturers. She applies her vast knowledge and skills to increasing employee engagement and creating a lean culture and continuous improvement work environment.

Notable Performances

With over 10 years of experience as a CI champion, Carissa has developed numerous continuous improvement training programs that are targeted for the shop floor employees, resulting in higher productivity outcomes. She has also developed successful workforce onboarding and development programs.

Achievements

Carissa earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Connecticut and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and AS9100 Lead Auditor certified.
