Primary Responsibilities
Caroline manages all aspects of the HR department for CONNSTEP including the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts of the organization. She develops and implements HR strategies and policies to align with the company’s mission and vision. She also handles recruitment and employee relations to foster a productive and respectful work environment while serving as a strategic advisor to senior management.

Caroline has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent development. She has held HR leadership positions in the insurance, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing industries serving major companies, including OTIS elevator, AETNA/CVS, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals. She has created and implemented cost-effective, scalable coaching solutions to accelerate the development of future leaders. In addition, she has provided strategic HR services to several organizations working to build and strengthen corporate culture across different business and global geographies.
Achievements
Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.
