Chris Narowski Smart Manufacturing Energy Leader
Primary Responsibilities
Chris is responsible for managing the SMARTE grant program and developing and executing CONNSTEP’s Energy and Sustainability solutions and practice. He works collaboratively with a team of experts in Smart Manufacturing (SM) to assist Connecticut manufacturers in implementing SM for energy efficiency. He also conducts risk assessment and mitigation on project deliverables, ensuring proper execution and management of client initiatives.
Notable Performances
Chris has 15 years of experience in the Energy Efficiency industry consulting for utility companies across the country. He has leadership experience in program management, design, and implementation, as well as defining and monitoring product and program KPIs. He has also optimized programs by documenting delivery standards and aligning product roadmaps to improve product performance.
Achievements
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
