Primary Responsibilities

Chris is responsible for managing CONNSTEP’s Energy and solutions and practice. He also conducts risk assessment and mitigation on project deliverables, ensuring proper execution and management of client initiatives.

Notable Performances

Chris has 15 years of experience consulting for utility companies across the country.  He has leadership experience in program management, design, and implementation, as well as defining and monitoring product and program KPIs. He has also optimized programs by documenting delivery standards and aligning product roadmaps to improve product performance. 

Achievements

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
