Miles is responsible for managing CONNSTEP’s sales and business development efforts, working collaboratively with our Business Development Advisors across market segments in the state to ensure our manufacturing consulting services deliver the expected outcomes for customers. His focus is on identifying opportunities for growth, improving productivity, and engaging with clients to meet their business needs in evolving economic conditions.
