Primary Responsibilities

Ryan is an Associate Business Development Advisor who works with the CONNSTEP business development team to identify and facilitate growth opportunities for the organization. He supports the team by helping to fulfill initiatives with existing clients and establishing relationships with prospective clients to extend the reach of our services and broaden our market presence in the state.

Notable Performances

Ryan brings many years of project management experience to his role. He is a skilled collaborator who has provided sales support in a previous position that effectively maintained professional business relationships to ensure customer success.  He has worked on the coordination and customization of customer proposals confirming their accuracy and delivery.  His background includes commercial and industrial lighting and the finance industry. When he is not working, Ryan is also a volunteer Fire Fighter for the Rocky Hill Fire Department, District 2.

Achievements

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Regional Geography from Central Connecticut State University, where he was actively involved in the university’s athletics department. In his free time, he plays USA Ball Hockey and will compete in an international tournament in Europe this summer.
