Primary Responsibilities

Shelly is in charge of CONNSTEP’s Project Management Office where she initiates and administers project set up with the account management and business development team. In addition, she leads the coordination and logistics for all training programs and grant management. She also maintains the NIST/Impact Metric reporting and handles Third Party Service Providers.

Shelly’s background includes years of experience with several corporate entities, and she excels at working with non-profit organizations in order to help them meet their mission. She has also developed CONNSTEP’s Third Party Service Provider Onboarding and Scorecard Metrics which maintains client focus, efficiency and positive outcomes.

Achievements

Shelly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Saint Joseph College and is also certified in Thanatology, sharing her compassionate nature.
